Summary
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Growth and Marketing team. Reporting to the Growth and Marketing Director, this role will be a 12-month contract MAT leave cover with a direct report. In this role, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the digital marketing efforts to achieve business objectives, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement and acquisition. Supporting the Senior Marketing Executive in executing our content marketing strategy and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects communications.
We work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week and our office is based in Farringdon.
Role Overview:
Create and maintain consistent messaging for all marketing communications.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve ambitious growth targets
Oversee all marketing outputs, ensuring accuracy through thorough checking and cross-team collaboration.
Oversee, develop and grow all digital marketing outputs.
Manage PR communications and lead PR campaigns.
Efficiently manage budgets, schedules, and workloads.
Solve problems, make sound decisions and communicate effectively, even in demanding situations.
Passionately uphold and deliver on brand content, ensuring brand integrity.
Lead and support delivery of company live events.
This role will be responsible for managing one direct report, who will support on the execution of marketing activities
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Manage all aspects of brand communication, including advertising campaigns, social media, PR, and other marketing channels .
Refine brand messaging and positioning to ensure consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our following and increase engagement.
Lead and support email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalisation, automation, and performance analysis.
Manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including social ads, PPC campaigns and remarketing.
Analyse data and market trends to inform future strategies.
You will be:

Experienced in digital marketing including website management, PPC, Social, and reporting tools.
A creative content creator and copywriter
Commercially driven and ROI focused
A strong communicator and excellent presenter
Highly organised and efficient
A great multi-tasker
Comfortable creating and managing budgets of £100k+
An experienced line manage
Knowledgeable at a basic level of InDesign, Photoshop, Canva and Microsoft Office
