The ideal candidate will beresponsible for analysing marketing data, generating insights, andproviding actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategiesand campaigns. The Marketing Insights Analyst will work closely withthe Marketing and Communications Team and other stakeholders to drivedata-driven decision-making across the organisation.Key responsibilitiesData analysis andinterpretationAnalyse marketing data and trends andidentify insights and opportunities for optimisationUtilisevarious analytics tools and platforms to gather and interpret dataReporting and presentationPrepare andpresent comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insightsand recommendations to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on insights and recommendationsCampaign performance analysisEvaluate theperformance of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g.,digital, social media, email) to determine effectiveness and ROI.Identify areas of improvement and optimisation to enhancecampaign performancePrepare and present regular reports anddashboards to communicate key findings, insights, and recommendationsto stakeholders.Analysecustomer data and behaviour to understand preferences, needs, andpurchasingSkills and ExperienceProficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., GoogleAnalytics, Tableau, ExcelStrong analytical, criticalthinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communicationand presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex datainto actionable insights.Detail- oriented with a strongattention to accuracy and quality.Knowledge of digitalmarketing channels is preferred
