Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Marketing Graduate or Apprentice to join our client based in Egham.

The successful Marketing Graduate or Apprentice will be responsible for:

Content Creation:

• Develop compelling and industry-relevant content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
• Research industry trends and analyse competitor content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand strategy.

Social Media Management:

• Assist in monitoring, managing and growing social media channels.
• Engage with the online community to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.

Email Marketing:

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Analyse open & click through rates of email campaigns.
• Maintain and update email lists to ensure effective communication.

SEO and Analytics:

• Learn and apply SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
• Analyse digital marketing metrics and provide insights to optimise campaigns.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the new business team to integrate marketing strategies into overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with departments and marketing team to create visually appealing and creative content.

The Marketing Graduate or Apprentice will have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
