JOB OPPORTUNITY : Marketing Executive (Full Time)
LOCATION : Nottingham (Office Based Role)
SALARY:
Up to £30k (DOE) + Pension + Discount on Treatments & Retail Products
ABOUT MY CLIENT
My client has a state of the art, luxury clinic that has been established for 20 years, covering all areas within the industry from non – surgical treatments, surgical procedures and cosmetic dentistry. They are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Executive to join their team and contribute to their continued growth and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create professional and engaging online and offline content to position the brand as a premium medical clinic.
Produce high quality patient assets – photos and video.
Drive sales and conversions through social media channels.
Increase followers on all social media channels.
Plan, develop and deliver on meaningful and effective marketing strategy.
Run effective social media paid campaigns.
Understand and profile database for effective marketing.
Producing additional marketing communications, such as flyers, newsletters, brochures, and exhibition-related projects.
Design meaningful offers for a premium brand.
Plan and organize high end open events.
Day to day management of company website, company’s web assets, managing website structure and content to ensure optimal SEO.
Monitoring and reporting on PPC, Facebook, Adwords campaigns.
Monitoring analytics for website and social media platforms and adjusting strategy to enhance CTR, engagement and conversion.
Providing concise and accurate instruction to agencies that produce assets for Zenith, managing relationships with these agencies to ensure assets are received on time and to a high standard.
Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.
Maintain and effectively use testimonial and online review strategy.
Monitor competitors.
Developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers.
Evaluating and presenting reports on the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
Any other duties as required by the business, reception and sales including.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
5+ years’ experience of proven results in managing all social media platforms.
Strategic marketing experience in beauty/cosmetic / dental industry.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Confident and dynamic personality.
Creative mindset that can innovate.
Problem solver.
Passionate about the cosmetic industry.
Experience in running social media paid campaigns and some knowledge of SEO/PPC.
Confident in running social media paid campaigns.
Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy.
Knowledgeable of latest Graphic Design packages.
Extensive experience in video and photography.
Exceptional time and people management skills.
Ability to analyse data and extract meaningful marketing reports.
Ability to segment database and send targeted messages.
