You will receive death-in-service insurance, and access to not one but two private healthcare schemes that include health, dental, mental wellbeing support and moreThis is the perfect opportunity for a creative individual with a flair for storytelling and a keen interest in digital marketing to step into developmental role with our ambitious organisation.Through the support and training we’ll provide, you’ll have the chance to grow your skills and develop your creative expertise, kickstarting a successful digital marketing career!What’s more, with flexible hours and hybrid working options, as well as a host of benefits, you’ll be well equipped to maintain your ideal work/life balance.The RoleAs a Marketing Executive, you will implement our daily marketing activities.As our first full-time marketing hire, you will create and share content across all of our channels, producing blog posts, whitepapers and client case studies and managing our social media and events calendar.Taking the lead on a range of marketing and content initiatives, you will drive customer acquisition, maintain brand coherence and optimise the customer journey.You will assist in developing content strategies aligned with marketing goals, collaborating with the Management Team to plan and create website and social media content. Attracting and retaining audience interest with incredible content, you will edit, proofread, and enhance freelance writers' posts to our quality standards.Additionally, you will:- Implement SEO best practices to optimise content for search engines- Analyse website traffic and user engagement metrics- Manage the distribution of content across online channels- Assist in the development of an editorial calendarAbout YouTo be considered as a Marketing Executive, you will need:- To be a great writer and natural storyteller- An understanding of digital marketing principles and content management systems- The ability to work to deadlines- Strong attention to detail- Startup experience is ideal but not essential- Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic knowledge of HTML and web analytics is an advantage but not essentialApplication Process:1.
