Marketing Executive 
Technique Recruitment Solutions are working alongside a global machinery and print manufacturer based in Norwich. A new opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join their team. The company offers an excellent benefits package as well as a great team environment
The successful candidate will have a Degree or equivalent Marketing qualification and demonstrable experience working as a Marketing Executive undertaking creative collaboration with in-designers or a Marketing Agency
Key Performance Indicators

• Delivery of planned tradeshows in EU & Asia

• Completion of planned paid advertising campaigns across various platforms

• Creation and management of engaging sales and marketing content for the company website, social media and PR purposes

• Ability to constructively and easily collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing initiatives – Internal Teams, Suppliers and Agents

• Completion of market intelligence and competitor research, tracking trends and opportunities

• Completion digital marketing strategies to nurture existing customers and drive online traffic to the company website for new business opportunities
Duties & Responsibilities

• Project manage planned EU and Asia tradeshows and deliver to approved schedule, attending tradeshows as necessary

• Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service Teams to support lead generation and customer nurture

• Action planned digital marketing activities and campaigns

• Writing and proof-reading sales and marketing copy

• Ensure all published sales and marketing content is approved by relevant stakeholders

• Translation of sales and marketing materials as required – internally and via a supplier

• Support the development of video production requirements – customer testimonials, product videos, social media as well as internal stakeholder requirements

• Generate innovative content and ideas to promote our brand and products

• Collaborate with the in-house creative team, providing project supervision to provide sales and marketing according to brand guidelines and the approval process

• Collaborate with external suppliers, to deliver accurate and engaging sales and marketing content

• Management and development of our company website content

• Conduct market intelligence and competitor research, tracking trends and opportunities

• Ensure all sales and marketing content meets brand requirements

• Be a brand ambassador and support brand management internally
Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent Marketing qualification

• CIM Certificate in Professional Marketing or Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing would be beneficial but not essential 
Experience

• Exemplary copywriting and proofreading ability

• Digital marketing campaign management and delivery – email social media, advertising etc.

• Knowledge of media production and communication

• Experience working in a busy team environment

• An ability to project manage, prioritise and multi-task a busy workload

• A proven track record of creative collaboration with in-designers or a Marketing Agency

• Strong data analytical ability

• Website management and development experience

• The ability to effectively communicate with external suppliers and stakeholders

• To be able to collaborate constructively and effectively when working cross departmentally and with different cultures

• Experience presenting to stakeholders of every level

• Thoroughness and attention to detail.

• Exemplary copywriting ability to engage and communicate with target audiences

• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and planning

• Leadership: Good listening, empathy, flexibility, problem-solving and delegation

• Critical thinking: Planning, analysis, designing, and strategising

• The ability to sell/market products and services

• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities - verbal communication skills

• Excellent numeracy and IT skills: MS Office

• Full UK Driving Licence



The role is full time, onsite for at least the first 6 months, hybrid working may be discussed after successful probation, but this cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the business requirement
