Wentworth James Group Ltd are a skilled engineering and technical engineering agency supplying blue and white collar engineering and technical personnel to a variety of industries. We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Executive for one of our growing clients.
Marketing Executive
This role is of key importance to the continued development of the marketing strategy within our company. The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager to ensure all elements of our marketing strategy and our marketing toolkit are in line with brand guidelines and current best practice. They will take the lead with the company’s social media platforms and product literature, producing engaging content for all divisions.
Person specification
» A minimum of 2 years’ experience ideally in a B2B Marketing role
» Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, in particular, InDesign and Premier Pro
» Experience in editing content on the Company website using WordPress CMS
» Understanding of working to strict brand guidelines
» Excellent working knowledge of social media, including LinkedIn
» Experience in working on new company literature such as brochures and technical guides
» An understanding of SEO with a focus on the technical aspects
» Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce) for sales lead generation
» Experience of exhibition/show planning
» Strong organisational skills
» Excellent communication and relationship building skills
» Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular PowerPoint
» Must be eligible and able to prove you can work in the UK.
Your responsibilities
» Maintaining and updating the Company websites
» Assisting with the Company’s digital marketing campaigns
» Creating engaging graphics and artwork for the Company’s social media and other marketing material
» Managing projects with our chosen marketing agencies; web developers and digital specialists
» Managing the Company intranet and ensuring all information is kept up to date
» Managing the production of the Company newsletter
» Developing and maintaining a marketing toolkit
» Managing the Company download centre.
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.00pm with half hour lunch break each day and 7.30am to 12.30pm with no lunch break on Friday of each week – 37 hours in total
