The Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to work alongside our Head of Marketing, to help drive forward the digital marketing of SportsPro products. With a working knowledge of SEO, as well as hands on experience with social and email marketing, and data reporting, this role provides an exciting opportunity for a junior marketer to:
Work alongside our editorial team to drive the organic growth of the SportsPro website traffic and free subscribers.
Improve the organic growth of our membership product.
Be hands on with the optimisation of each SportsPro event website.
Utilise your SEO knowledge to optimise each SportsPro event website.
Harness a data-driven mindset to analyse and optimise your own activities and the team’s.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team, and wider business, building strong relationships and sharing learnings.
This role will also require the individual to support the growth and success of our events and special projects, with the remaining

of your time dedicated to:
The marketing of our
special projects,
working closely with our Project Manager to drive both brand awareness and downloads.
Supporting the wider marketing team on the delivery of our key events, and our industry awards.
Utilise multi-channel marketing to target key attendees and drive organic conversions.
Take advantage of segmentation, automations, and workflows to optimise your marketing comms.
About You
This role is the perfect fit if you’re amarketing executive with an interest in SEO and organic growth, who is looking to take the next step up in your career. You will have:
Knowledge ofSEO, Google Analytics, and paid search and social.You will have an understanding of what an SEO audit entails, and basic knowledge of what tasks are required to optimise websites on an ongoing basis.
Prior B2B marketing events campaign experience is not a necessity, but an interest in a diverse remit of responsibilities and desire to learn is.
Strong copywriting and editing skills.
Strong data reporting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport across multiple functions.
Proven ability to use initiative when required and be a problem-solver.
Self-starter approach to work, with strong attention to detail.
Experience with HubSpot and WordPress beneficial.
