Job Overview
Everest Group is looking for a remote Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in launching our marketing campaigns. This individual will be a key member of the marketing team focused on managing project requests, creating marketing campaigns and balancing team workload. This individual will analyze campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of marketing principles with a passion for data-driven digital engagement, technology projects, and team collaboration. Additionally, the candidate must be a detail-orientated collaborator who enjoys both the technical aspects of marketing operations, as well as the orchestration of campaigns and high-impact digital engagement. A successful team manager will be strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented.
Digital Skills
Proficient in project management methodologies and project management software (i.e. Wrike or Jira)
Orchestration of data, technology. and processes to enable the launch of cohesive, scalable campaigns
A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and measure campaign effectiveness
General knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), ABM platforms (6sense), web (WordPress), personalization platforms (i.e.,. Adobe Target), and analytics tools.
A passion for digital marketing that results in clear, measurable business impact.
Stay abreast of the changing digital landscape and the many new features and changes to technology, platforms, processes, etc., and communicate and collaborate across organization on threats and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness, generate leads, and nurture existing leads.
Lead and manage digital campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and expectations
Define project objectives, develop schedules, and communicate between marketing team and cross-functional teams
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to process and prioritize marketing campaign requests
Integrate with cross-functional teams, ensure alignment and foster collaboration on firm objectives
Plan for the scalability of marketing operations to support company growth and expansion
Allocate resources efficiently, including marketing team members, to meet project goals
Monitor project process and identify and address and risks that may arise
Provide update on project status and address any concerns from internal stakeholders
Essential Skills
5 years of campaign management and execution experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
Should be familiar with a range of data, marketing, analytics, and automation technologies
Ability to create short and long project plans and execute
Experience coordinating a small team where colleagues have overlapping responsibilities and complementary skill sets
Excellent project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
Able to work accurately and meet strict deadlines. Attention to detail
Passion for digital and marketing operations that results in clear, measurable business impact
Proactive, strategic thinker, and swift executioner with the ability to use initiative and solve problems
Strong communication skills to effectively convey project objects, expectations, and updates to team members and stakeholders.
Knowledgeable about current marketing techniques and best practices
Motivated by a fast-paced, entrepreneurial-like atmosphere, where you can make significant contributions.
B2B marketing and/or Professional services firm experience preferred.
