Job DescriptionMarketing Directornr Watford£120,000 - £150,000 + bonus + equityOur client is an international IoT provider, backed by one of the top PE firms in the market. Their service offering is market leading and has huge application in multiple categories, with significant expansion opportunities both domestically and internationally.In addition to direct sales, the company has a wide range of partners across the UK and Europe – and operate indirectly through an ecosystem of thousands of operators, ranging from sole traders with instant requirements; through to global firms, where sales processes are long and complex.The business will grow to £40m+ EBITDA in the next 18 months – and is now seeking to hire a marketing director to lead a team of 7 FTE and take full accountability for generating high-quality, high-value leads, as well as raising the firm’s exposure across the IoT landscape.Candidates will be assessed against the following competencies:Essential:A track record delivering significant volumes of high quality MQLs – and therefore growth – in a B2B environment.Demonstrable experience building a marketing engine room that serves a range of sales cycles and transaction values. This will include the ability to build a brand and raise awareness – but will ultimately be focussed on commercial output.Fast-paced and action oriented, comfortable with autonomy, excellent business partnering skills.Desirable:Experience scaling businesses of equivalent size and scale to the company’s medium term aspirations (200+ FTE / £40m+ EBITDA).A track record leading international expansion in Europe.Exposure to Private Equity.3Search’s customer care and unrivalled marketing expertise will supercharge your marketing career.
