A client of ours near the Newmarket area are recruiting a Marketing CRM Executive & Sales Support to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and paying �25,000 - �27,000 per annum depending on experience.

In this role you will support the Marketing Manager by setting up online marketing campaigns, focusing on social media element and maintaining and updating the CRM system and supporting the Sales Team with CRM, merchandise sourcing and despatch, shows and customer visits.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Work with Marketing Manager to make annual, monthly and weekly marketing plans
  • Set up and run the planned SEO digital and print marketing campaigns including Salesforce Account Engagement
  • Focus on social media, SEO digital marketing, newsletters, and pay per click
  • Work with the sales team to create relevant content both domestic and internationally
  • Report on campaigns and their return on investment to the Marketing Manager and Commercial Director
  • Visit and attend trade shows and industry events to create content and support the sales team
  • Support the sales team with administration of the CRM system
  • Administration duties as requested by the Marketing Manager
  • Manage merchandise, promotional stock and show items, picking orders to send to customers
  • Source and procure merchandise, promotional stock and show items and manage stock
  • Provide support with organising and hosting on site visitors for the sales team to include support on the day and preparing room, promotional materials, catering, travel arrangements and welcoming on the day
  • Other adhoc marketing and admin duties as required

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Marketing CRM Executive position:

  • Experienced in content creation and the running of digital marketing campaigns
  • Hands on CRM system experience required - preferably Salesforce
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to build and manage customer relationships
  • Professional, articulate and conscientious
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to react to a demanding workload, prioritise workload with a flexible approach
  • An experienced self-starter with the ability and desire to develop and implement solutions necessary to ensure increased customer satisfaction and acquisitions.

Desirable Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field
  • Pardot /Account Engagement experience
  • Digital marketing background
  • Available immediately
