Our client, a highly successful, boutique Asset Manager is looking for a Marking Coordinator to join their London team. The successful candidate will assist the Marketing & Communications Manager with a wide array of marketing projects, with a focus on Institutional Asset Management.

Role & Responsibilities:
Work independently when needed but also form close partnerships within the business and with our outsourced marketing team to assist in project coordination. To confidently interact with senior executives of the firm, in addition to the investment management and client relationship team.
Create and maintain regular presentation decks for both internal and external purposes.
Designing and distributing emails to clients and prospects via the CRM system and reporting to the sales and marketing team.
Assist in maintaining web content and uploads.
Assist in creating and maintaining digital social media strategies and content creation.
Liaise and co-ordination of sponsored events.
Creation of digital and marketing reports.
Support in the creation and editing of videos for external distribution.
Skills Required:
Recent graduate with a Marketing degree or equivalent and perhaps some internship or post university marketing experience
Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills.
Good understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn)
General understanding of Google Analytics
Confident with effective interpersonal skills
Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines
