A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Yorkshire Division, based in Leeds.
As a Marketing Coordinator you will provide support to the Head of Sales & Marketing in providing a co-ordinated approach to the delivery of the divisional marketing plan whilst ensuring compliance with Group marketing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties for this role will be quite varied and include the following:
Copy writing and communications
Create copy for small internal news items and upload to regional Grapevine page.
Answer the sales hotline phone providing prospective customers with information regarding forthcoming developments.
Update coming soon sites information sheets and circulate to Chiltern Office.
Assist in preparation of regional presentations.
Provide imagery/video including engaging captions weekly for the Group Instagram account as the regional Social Media Champion.
Website
Monitor regional content on the company website to ensure Crest’s online presence is up to date and aligned with the Crest Nicholson Brand. Manage all content on Sitecore, Rightmove and Zoopla to ensure copy is current and accurate - ensure correct availability is displayed, incentives are up to date and imagery is always representative of product.
Ensure agents’ websites are accurately listing developments and availability and ensure any portal listings for agents are up to date and current.
Add plot specific incentives/messaging to Crest website & Rightmove as directed by the Sales Manager (weekly).
Create banner adverts for Crest website to promote offers/and events (using PowerPoint template).
Update marketing banner messaging on Crest website (weekly).
Action amends from the Monthly Website Audit completed by Sales Advisors.
Direct Marketing
Check opening times, prices, contact details and disclaimers on HTML campaigns and direct marketing campaigns
Ensure all pre-launch enquiries are loaded and merged on our system - frequency and content to be agreed with the Head of Sales & Marketing
Advertising
Assist with booking marketing activity requirements to media agency and briefing to creative agency.
Maintain Advertising folder comprising schedules, briefs and signed off artwork.
Check key information on adverts, including prices, opening times, contact details and disclaimers prior to Director sign-off.
Liaise with media agency to ensure advertising schedules are current and up to date. Update the internal Crest Full Schedule and distribute to Sales Advisors & Managers on a weekly basis.
Sales
To assist in the briefing, selection and implementation of show home interior design schemes and sales office fit outs including signage.
To be available to assist at development launches (including flexibility of working days).
Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing with second hand and new build market research for Land Acquisitions, Operational Commencement packs and Pricing Reviews.
Undertake monthly market research for any pre-operational site once listed as a coming soon development.
Collate monthly new and second hand market research from Sales Advisors for operational sites.
Photography & Digital Collateral
Ensure regional archives are kept up to date and consistently filed.
Distribute imagery to Group Marketing for uploading to the Media Vault.
Manage external imagery requests.
Printed Material
Ensure stock of development brochures is maintained and recorded in a regular audit.
Manage stock levels of other relevant marketing material.
Ensure brochures and leaflets on reception in regional office are kept up to date.
Ensure sales offices hold copies of brochures for other Crest developments within close proximity.
Data Analysis
Assist with analysis of customer profiling data using excel, COINS and reservation questionnaires to create graphical presentation of results for both visitors and purchasers.
Essential Qualifications/Attributes
We are looking for people to join our Company who can demonstrate preferably all of the below:
Educated to A Level or equivalent. (Or to GCSE if already experienced in the industry.)
Knowledge/experience of the new homes industry is preferable.
A minimum of a years experience in a similar type role
A marketing qualification would be desirable but isn’t essential.

Detailed
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
