Job DescriptionMarketing CoordinatorMaybourneAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our Maybourne Marketing team based in the Corporate Office to provide administrative support to the Global Head of Marketing and contribute to the efficient operation and performance of the Marketing functions.Maybourne owns and manages Claridge's, The Connaught, The Berkeley, The Maybourne Beverly Hills, The Maybourne Riviera and The Emory – six of the world's most renowned hotels. And, while each one retains its timeless appeal and individual nature, we are committed to ensuring they are always in tune with the wants and wishes of today’s discerning guests.Our colleagues possess an uncommon passion for hospitality and are committed to giving guests at hotels authentic and unique experiences that reflect the individual nature of our hotels.The main responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator include but are not limited to:To provide administrative support for the Global Head of Marketing to prioritize calendars and schedule meetings, appointments and conference calls based on availability and priorities.Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials as required. Schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are available and prepared.Coordinate meeting logistics, including booking rooms, arranging equipment, and catering where necessary.Book travel and manage expenses.Prepare and format senior leadership presentations, reports, and other business documents. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to company standards.Support the marketing team, including processing purchase orders and invoices.To assist with the maintenance and updating of third-party listingsTo assist with creating sales team requests such as invites and flyers.To conduct competitor research analysis as requested.Successful candidates for our Marketing Coordinator opportunity will:Proven experience in an administrative, assistant, coordinator or similar role, preferably in hospitality industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other Office software.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign software.Excellent written and spoken English.Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work in collaboration with various stakeholders.Have a high standard of personal presentation with confident, professional and welcoming personality.Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Demonstrate genuine dedication to Maybourne and show a commitment to consistent quality in our products and services.Here at Maybourne, we strive to reward our employees for the incredible work they do every single day.
