Marketing Coordinator

We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, a Marketing Coordinator to join their exisitng team on a permanent basis.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Coordinating the design studio on a daily basis, ensuring work is scheduled and deadlines are met.
Distributing product samples to media and sponsored athletes.
Uploading digital content to website, social media and email platforms.
Collating data and preparing monthly reports.
Coordination of point-of-sale material, from concept to production.
Coordinating photoshoots, including booking of photographers / studio time, models, arranging product etc.
Support with preparation of event kit and material and attend events where required.
Coordination of department purchase orders and invoicing.
Maintaining marketing content archives, ensuring all content is saved correctly as per department guidelines.
Receipt of incoming department phone calls and emails.
