Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for a leading premier industrial tools and services company serving a broad and diverse set of customers in more than 25 countries. Due to the growth of the company, they are currently seeking a dynamic and creatively experienced Marketing Coordinator. This role has been designed for a multifaceted marketer who thrives on creativity and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded marketing background with a flair for creating compelling content across multiple platforms. With responsibilities that span from traditional marketing initiatives to digital content creation, creating engaging social media and digital content for a technical audience. Key Responsibilities:Social Media & Content ManagementCollaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, develop and execute creative campaigns that enhance presence on social media and other digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.Create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing goals for social media and other digital platforms.Craft well-written, polished, and compelling long-form content that captivates readers and maintains their interest from start to finish.Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and comments, fostering positive interactions and managing online reputation.Able to edit a variety of marketing materials (from company templates) using Adobe Creative Cloud software, ensuring all content is on-brand and meets high-quality standards.Stay up to date with the latest trends in marketing, design, and social media, incorporating innovative ideas into our marketing efforts.Project CoordinationCoordinate a variety of marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to coordinate project tasks and facilitate effective communication.Manage timelines, schedules, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Oversee the production of social media materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and are consistent with brand guidelines.Key Skills:Proven experience in marketing or social media coordination, including content creation and community engagement.Strong project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of social media analytics tools and project management software.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.At least 2-3 years of experience managing social media programs. Video editing experience. Agency or other project management experience preferred.Graphic design and/or Adobe Creative Cloud experience a plus.
