The business have been gradually growing but has maintained an exceptionally low turnover - a true testament to the fantastic company culture!About the Role:This is a fantastic newly created Marketing Coordinator position which will involve supporting the team and their clients with organizing roadshows. Working within the marketing team of 5, this will involve:Organising complex travel itineraries including flights, hotels and ground transportConfirming meetings and locations with clientsLiaising with clients on production and delivery of presentations and marketing materialsUpdating and maintaining Salesforce (CRM System) databaseAd-hoc administrative support to the team, which could include diary management for Partners, supporting with office management and handling incoming calls.Candidate Specification:Good experience of administration within an office environmentStrong organizational skills and excellent attention to detailMuck-in, collaborative, team-oriented attitudeAdditional Information:Salary up to £35K depending on experience and the business offer competitive additional benefitsHours are 9am - 6pm and the business offer hybrid working of 2 days from home, with 3 days in the Mayfair office.July / August / September startIf this sounds like the role for you, please apply today!
