The Marketing Coordinator will support the global marketing and product management team as we expand and grow with new products and services covering new markets. You will coordinate global conferences and events, including travel, logistics, exhibition stands and artwork etc. The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team with Digital campaigns, CRM, website updates, socials, collateral and promotional items. You will support enabling the team to deliver their roles more effectively with administrative support. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Group with internal communications including newsletters, townhalls and social events. This is an opportunity to learn new skills and begin a career in scientific marketing and make a valuable contribution to a dynamic and driven team.Key areas of responsibility:Play a key role in executing specific marketing strategies, programs and tactics to drive business expansion and growth across regions including:Coordinating
Conferences/Tradeshows
(for prospects, customers & distributors)Mailers - HubSpot campaigns and customer communicationsWebinarsWebsite maintenance (including customer portal)Internal communicationsHubSpot marketing automation platform – campaign content, delivery & reportingAssist with generating digital content using Adobe InDesign – designing brochures, flyers, social graphics etcSupport with branding – branding guidelines, logosMaintain efficient stock of promotional branded merchandise and marketing collateral at HQSupporting product management team with core tasks such as IFU formatting, labelling, translations, distribution of TEBs, customer feedback surveys.Marketing team administration such as purchase orders/invoicingQualifications, Skills and AbilitiesHigh level of attention to detail is essentialWillingness to learn and adapt to a fast paced environmentUnderstanding of Digital platforms and social media (LinkedIn)Contributing to a customer centric cultureProactive team player and ability to collaborate cross functionallyStrong IT skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointDesign Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud packages/ InDesign preferableCommunication tools savvy – Teams / ZoomMarketing Degree – Graduate in Life Science will also be consideredExperience working within a Marketing team is essentialClosing Date:Please apply with a CV and covering letter by Sunday 14th, April 2024Yourgene Health is committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion among our workforce.
