We are looking for an experienced Agency Marketing Coordinator to work alongside our Client Services and Business Development teams based in London to develop our New Business ecosystem (collateral, toolkits and more). Key Responsibilities:Your role as Gravity’s marketing coordinator will be to provide support to the marketing and new business functions of the agency, you’ll work closely with the agencies CMO to deliver the agency’s inbound marketing programmes to build our lead pipeline. This will include managing the creation of social and blog content through our content and creative teams as well as support with our social media strategy and award entries when needed.Another critical responsibility of the marketing coordinator is to support the New Business team by ensuring that all marketing and pitch collateral such as case studies, creds and RFI responses are kept up to date, consistent, filed and categorised into a library of materials. This involves becoming very familiar with the work being delivered by the agency, allowing you to manage the creation of this collateral and identifying opportunities for additional case studies within the agency where we might have gaps in evidencing particular sectors or capabilities. RFIs are a critical part of the new business process, you will work alongside all relevant agency teams to develop and regularly update the core templates for key information often needed in these documents.You will be responsible for compiling this information into our live RFI responses and where necessary locating and populating additional agency information needed.This is a critical role in enabling the agency to attract, win and retain clients, and as such requires meticulous attention to detail and project management skills. Additional Responsibilities: Provide further administrative support to the Business Development team. Ensure the Gravity Global brand is properly represented to all Clients and suppliers. Help practice areas and internal resources (e.g. social media team) with materials required to present the agency. Regularly review the content on our website and credentials presentations, ensuring key content / updates are uploaded in a timely manner and aligned to our content strategy. Create and maintain a list of live prospects and their status in a board report style for inclusion at monthly management meetings. Being commercially aware of budgets and costings where relevant. Driving internal engagement and promoting an inclusive and friendly culture. Keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies and provide recommendations internally on what the agency should be looking at to ensure we remain at the forefront of a rapidly changing marketplace. Experience / Skills Required: Imaginative and ideas-driven. 2+ years marketing experience (including agency experience)
Driven and not afraid to challenge colleagues. Exceptional attention to detail and hardworking ethic. Meticulously organised. Strong understanding of the marketing disciplines. Ability to work independently, managing your own workload, deadlines and priorities. Team player who can operate effectively under pressure and working to tight deadlines. Proven project management skills. Marketing degree or similar qualification to degree level or equivalent. What we can offer:
