Marketing Coordinator

The role requires somebody who is a strong communicator and IT adept, you will be the bridge between our sales and marketing teams, working directly with both teams on a daily and weekly basis. In the recruitment company, Work will be based on commission based depending on the number of students you are recruiting in each month.

• You will be responsible for our internal marketing lead management process, inputting data, distribution and working with external agencies to ensure the client lead journey is smooth from their first touchpoint.


• Data management adhering to relevant GDPR compliance


• Brochure fulfillment in a timely manner


• Data reporting with relevant stakeholders within the business


• Work with the wider Sales and Marketing teams to support where needed.

Essential Skills:

• Must have proficient IT skills and be willing to adapt to new systems and processes


• Excellent communication skills


• Excellent Excel skills, to produce reports


• Must be commercially minded, driven and target-focused


• Excellent organisational and ability to work to a deadline, independently and as part of a team


• Sound understanding of marketing principles with strong commercial awareness.

Requirements:

No Formal Education is needed. At least 1 year of work experience is required in the UK.
