Position Summary
The Brand and Retailer Marketing Coordinator role will support the e.l.f. Cosmetics & e.l.f. SKIN 360 EMEA marketing plans, understanding the needs of the brand, consumer, Channel Owners (paid, owned, earned), and retailers to deliver rich storytelling across our channels, that radiate consistency at every touchpoint. This role will be based in London but focus on EMEA.
Responsibilities
BRAND MARKETING: Support bringing our 360 go-to-market calendars to life through cross functional collaboration. Brief creative agencies on campaigns and cultural moments throughout the year. Partner with creative agencies on asset requests.
RETAILER MARKETING: Serve as the day-to-day contact for retailer marketing teams. Manage briefing assets for retailer marketing campaigns. Partner with the Brand Manager EMEA on strong 360 retailer marketing campaigns.
SAMPLING: Lead sampling activations from end to end (brief, budget, execution) to drive trial and bring new consumers into the brand. Work with demand planning to forecast samples based on marketing plans. Partner with sampling agencies and serve as the day-to-day contact.
TIMELINE MANAGEMENT & TRACKING: Partner with Project Managers to lead the communication of timelines and key updates to drive the 360 go-to-market launch timelines. Track retailer marketing and sampling campaigns success and budgets.
Requirements
BA or BS required
2-3 years of relevant experience supporting marketing campaigns and product launch strategies, with the goal of raising brand awareness and driving new customer acquisition
Fluent in English. Proficient in German highly desired
Beauty industry background preferred
Ability to think creatively, build compelling, fresh ideas based in telling a rich brand narrative
Ability to leverage consumer insights & data to inform innovation pipeline and growth opportunities.
Able to work in fast-paced environment, with cross functional partners in multiple geographies, while also demonstrating calm under pressure
Excellent written, verbal & visual communication skills; able to convey thoughts clearly through compelling PowerPoint presentations; able to present with poise, confidence & enthusiasm at an executive level
Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver multiple outputs concurrently under time constraints
Genuine passion for beauty and following beauty trends; among the first to know about new beauty launches
Ability to travel across Europe
