At Invibes we strive to maintain an energetic, open environment that fosters a culture of ideation, growth and #GoodVibes, that shines straight through to our clients.We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our international team and help amplify Invibes’ position in the market.About the Role:As the Marketing Communications Specialist at Invibes, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our communications strategy across all Invibes’ markets. You will work closely to support the PR & Communications Manager to manage and execute social and PR communication projects that elevate Invibes’ reputation, engage audiences, and drive brand awareness. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative industry surrounded by a passionate team and #GoodVibes.Key Responsibilities:PR and Media Relations:Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists across Europe, UAE and ZA.Coordinate and distribute press releases and manage media inquiries.Monitor and report on Invibes’ online reputation.Social Media Management:Create and manage content across our social media platforms including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Youtube etc.Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement and followership.Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.Respond to comments and messages and engage with our audience.Project Management and Localisation:Coordinate internal alignment of communications calendar across all Invibes’ markets.Coordinate and communicate with external contacts to ensure successful execution of communications projects.Coordinate the translation and localization of PR communications across all Invibes’ markets.Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyse the performance of PR distribution.Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns.Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to inform strategy adjustments.3+ years of experience in PR, communications, social and/or content marketing in the media/advertising industry or related field.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong copywriting and editing skills with high attention to detail.Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Familiarity project managing translated content is a plus.Keen interest in media, advertising and ad-tech industry trends.Competitive salary + bonus opportunitiesPension contributionA #GoodVibes company culture with an office in the heart of ShoreditchThis is a role for someone looking to gain or hone in on their sales skills, whilst working with and learning from a successful team of supportive individuals who enjoys celebrating each other's wins.
