Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role involves planning, delivering, and analysing integrated marketing activities to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will excel in project management, develop insight-led briefs, and ensure the successful execution of campaigns across ATL and BTL media channels.The Campaign Marketing Manager:Project manage go-to-market campaigns, including seasonal moments, new product launches, and commercial initiatives.Lead marketing partnership opportunities, from scoping to post-campaign analysis.Create insight-led, inspiring briefs for internal teams and agency partners.Establish the media mix and compile creative requirements from the wider marketing team.Define and lead monthly campaign 'kick-off' sessions with internal teams and agency partners.Essential Skills:Proven success working across the full marketing mix, with strong ATL experience.Highly analytical and data-driven, proficient in using data to make informed decisions.Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.Confident in influencing senior stakeholders.Organised, proactive, and great attention to detail.Benefits:Career development and growth opportunities.Comprehensive benefits package.
