We are searching for a B2B Programme Marketing Manager to embed in a team dedicated to helping businesses ranging from enterprises to startups, educational institutions and government agencies to see the benefits of our client’s technology come to life.
Responsibilities
Plan, build, execute and analyse marketing campaigns, and initiatives based on the approved regional strategy, working in alignment with the regional marketing strategy programme and with cross-functional marketing stakeholders.
Develop, execute, rollout and optimise campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention, and product engagement, including via customer conferences, seminars, education and engagement tactics.
Build execution strategy and analysis of marketing programmes aimed at generating new accounts in the corporate and mid-market segments.
Collect and analyse data from campaigns to draw insights and identify solutions in order to optimise future activities, improve demand generation, and marketing qualification rates of corporate and mid-market segments accounts.
Using AI to optimise campaigns and improve the customer experience.
Liaise with marketing managers in the region to get buy-in for region-wide campaign execution
Coordinate and engage to create/adapt campaign assets for each campaign/programme
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and media agencies to execute and monitor campaigns
Liaise with the marketing automation team to capture, qualify and allocate leads via the CRM system
Review and analyse the success of each campaign within specific timeframes and according to the client’s requirements
Collect best practices and provide campaign learnings
Research and recommend new campaign tactics and approaches
Liaise with each country manager to review their campaigns and improve region-wide campaign/programme outcomes
Required experience:
Solid (ideally 5+ years plus) B2B marketing experience within a Cloud or IT enterprise environment
Exceptional project management skills and experience, including running and managing events, multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies and international projects
Field marketing experience, with solid event execution experience
Cross-functional working with sales and GTM stakeholders
Candidates with experience of AI automation or marketing machine learning will be advantageous
Data driven - continuously using insights in order to drive campaigns and optimise performance
Strong ‘Salesforce’ back end data experience
Executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
