Marketing Assistant

Based: Exeter, EX2 5JJ – with opportunity for some hybrid working

Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £22,819 to £24,383

We’re looking for someone dedicated, solution-focussed and creative who has relevant skills or experience and is excited by the idea of doing great things for a great cause in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Hospiscare’s Marketing and Communications team works across aspects of the charity – from healthcare to retail and everything in between. We lead on external and internal communications and help to raise £10 million a year to fund the hospice’s end-of-life care for local people and families living with terminal illnesses.

Our small team is made up of Marcomms all-rounders who each also have a respective specialism in publications and media, web and digital marketing, and graphic design. We’re looking for a candidate with a strong interest in all areas of marketing and communications, but particularly in videography, photography and digital marketing as these are the areas where we’re looking to grow our reach and impact.

No two days at Hospiscare are the same. One day you could be organising a photo shoot, the next designing posters, editing articles for the web or filming at a fundraising event.

As a valued team member, you’ll put your skills to great use on a wide range of projects and campaigns and will be supported to develop new skills and encouraged to test new techniques and ways of working.??

Closing date:               Monday 10 June at 11.59pm

Interviews:                   Tuesday 18 June at Searle House in Exeter
