The Role
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative support to our in store print marketing promotions department, ensuring the smooth execution of retail support, management of point-of-sale (POS) warehouse materials, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Retail Support desk enquiries and actions with efficiency. Oversee the management of POS stock and organise reprints as necessary. Guarantee timely and efficient delivery of marketing POS to stores. Maintain up-to-date databases and spreadsheets relevant to the department. Offer administrative support to the promotions team as needed. Engage in additional ad hoc project work related to in store marketing. Take on other activities or projects as requested. Location:
This role operates on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days a week on-site in Nuneaton, supporting flexibility and productivity.
The Person
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines. Acute attention to detail. Effective team player with a co-operative spirit. Proficiency in PC use, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
