The client specialises in helping businesses succeed online, with a strong commitment to innovation and creativity, they provide a wide range of digital marketing services, including website design and development, search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click advertising, social media marketing, and more. They have a wealth of experience kick-starting apprentices careers, developing and nurturing them to reach their goals and succeed within the team!
They work with a diverse portfolio of clients and take pride in delivering exceptional results. As a Marketing apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team. Your main focus within your role will be to write and craft compelling blog posts & execute email campaigns for a diverse range of clients, using your creative prowess to change the tone depending on client specifications.
In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Digital Multi Channel Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Assist in creating and curating high-quality content for various digital marketing channels, including writing blog posts and email campaigns, using your creative mindset to change the tone dependent on client specifications
Learn the principles of search engine optimisation (SEO) and help optimise content to improve its visibility and reach.
Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including designing templates and analysing campaign performance
Gathering data and generating reports to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns
Support with the management of social media platforms
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Monday
Friday 9:00 AM
5:00 PM
£13,000 Per annum
20 Days holiday per year, increasing up to 25 days subject to length of service

Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial

passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Grade 6/B in English & Grade 5/C in Math's GCSE
