We offer services for every stage of a project - strategic review, business case development, procurement, implementation assistance and benefits realisation.We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Executive, with digital marketing experience. The role will actively work to create and execute digital marketing and sales strategies and campaigns that will generate business to business leads from enterprise organization across the UK.RequirementsThe Marketing and Sales Executive will be a confident self-starter with the ambition to develop and deliver digital Marketing and Sales initiatives in our growing company. The following are required for this role:A Marketing degree (or equivalent)Relevant marketing work experienceStrong business verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detailOrganisational and project management skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.Self-confident with a strong ability to work alone and as part of the teamResults driven, determination to succeed, also able to take advice and feedbackAmbitious and have the desire to extend responsibilities as the company growsThe Day-To-Day DutiesMarketing Activities. Work with the Management Team to develop a Marketing Strategy / Plan, Delivery of the Marketing Strategy / Plan - with specific focus on digital marketing, Responsible for the promoting of a holistic 4C Strategies brand and services, Provide consistency across all digital media, Develop / deliver marketing campaigns - content, research, data, identify audiences, Co-ordinate promotional activities and events, Manage the production of case studies and other conten.Website. Work with the Management Team and an external provider to create a new 4C website that promotes the 4C Strategies brand, Keep the new website up-to-date, relevant and in line with marketing campaigns, Undertake SEO work on the website to improve search rankings, Pro-actively provide ideas on improvements to the website that will Increases website traffic, increase the number of leads generated, showcase the use of new technology, encourages recruitment enquiries, Produce relevant reporting analytics on website trafficLinkedIn. Use the 4C Strategies LinkedIn company page to support the delivery of marketing campaigns - including the creation / posting of content and messaging individuals, Work to automate campaigns and messaging to improve the campaign results, Work with the wider 4C team to expand the reach of the marketing campaigns, Produce relevant reporting analytics on LinkedIn activities.Case Studies. Write case studies at the end of each of our consultancy projects, Meet with 4C consultants to understand the relevant projects and the content for the case study, Meet with clients to discuss case studies and agree relevant content / testimonials, Ensure the 4C website has up-to-date and relevant case studies in each relevant area.Sales Opportunities. Identify potential opportunities - from daily email alerts, contracts portals, marketing campaigns, 4C consultants and from your own network, Manage the 4C referrals process - from producing reports on who referrals should be sent to and managing the output from this process, Ensure that all opportunities and client communications are logged and information is recorded correctly in Salesforce, Respond to potential opportunities and work to arrange sales meetings for the team.The Package4C Strategies will provide you with a friendly, professional and ethical environment to develop your skills and your career.
