Based at the Toughsheet Community Stadium, we're looking for a creative marketer who is ideas driven, a confident writer and social media savvy.
Working closely with the Interim Head of Communications, the successful candidate will contribute to the written, visual and digital content of the official club website, app, social media, emails and matchday marketing.
Main Areas of Responsibility
Contribute to written/editorial/advertorial content of the club website, app, emails and matchday programme.
Day to day management of the club's website, ensuring information and imagery is up to date and user friendly.
Lead on the design, testing, data segmentation and delivery of CRM campaigns.
Assist in the delivery of club partner commercial activation requirements.
Analyse data and metrics to provide supporter insight and inform future content, communications and campaigns.
When required, assist with the posting of content across BWFC social platforms.
Support commercial partnership activation and marketing campaigns, including club kit launches and season ticket campaigns.
You may be required to attend some, but not all first team fixtures, and work with the Head of Football Media, Social Media & Digital Content Lead and Videographer in developing matchday content.
Organise match day accreditation requests from local, national and international media organisations for BWFC home games.
Arrange away matchday accreditation for BWFC media staff.
Work with both the club's interim Head of Communications and Head of Football Media regarding coverages of he club's Academy and Women's teams.
General Responsibilities
Be an ambassador of the Group, providing excellent customer service at all times whilst portraying a professional image.
Perform other duties as required, which are considered relevant to the post and to the objectives of the Group as
identified
by the Interim Head of Communications or Head of Football Media.
Treat all colleagues as customers ensuring respectful, positive outcomes across all communications.
Adhere to and abide by all BWFC policies, procedures and guidelines, especially remembering
responsibilities
to others under Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity.
About The Candidate
Experience
Relevant experience of managing websites, social media platforms and marketing campaigns for large audiences.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to effectively prioritise work.
Resilience and problem solving attitude.
Qualifications
Relevant Degree or Qualification.
Experience
Previous experience working in a football/sporting environment..
Knowledge, Skills and Qualities
Longer-form copywriting experience.Experience of content-management systems.Monitoring social media and web analytics.Knowledge and interest in football.Videography experience.
