EASL's mission is to make art and creativity accessible to everyone, not just artists. Through art, we aim to encourage a social shift to include regular mental fitness in our day-to-day lives, similar to physical fitness. We currently conduct art workshops with corporate clients, ranging from social events to enhancing client development strategies, and working with employers investing in wellbeing.
Role Description
This is a contract role for a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator at EASL. As the Marketing and Business Development Coordinator, you will be involved in key decisions from day one regarding branding, marketing, and content creation. The role offers significant flexibility and growth potential, being part of EASL at an early stage with exciting plans for accelerated growth in the next 12-18 months. The founder is open to discussing various aspects of the role, team structure, and logistics to develop the role together for maximizing potential.
It is currently a remote role with the possibility of becoming hybrid in the London area. Initially a 6-month contract, extendable to a permanent role based on meeting business targets. The role requires 21 hours per week (3 days) initially, with flexibility in days, and weekly reviews to adjust hours based on target tracking. The initial salary expectation (subject to change based on discussions) is £1600pm + marketing budget.
Responsibilities
The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for:
Creating and implementing marketing strategies to:
Increase brand awareness
Optimize DR to boost corporate bookings
Work with the founder to establish our brand identity
While open to new strategies, we currently see potential in building our brand through social media channels. The Coordinator will create and deliver engaging content aligned with our brand identity and strategy, collaborating with the founder to achieve specific targets.
Desired Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
Experience in brand growth, especially on social media platforms
Knowledge of B2B marketing techniques and strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building
Experience or interest in arts or creative industries
Proven track record of exceptional content creation
Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and confidently
