Job Description
We are super excited to be working with a premium spirits owner on a Brand Marketing Manager role, based near Glasgow.
The company is in the process of relaunching one of their premium brands, including a new distillery and brand home which will encompass tours, cocktail bar, and retail space to engage both consumers and on-trade customers, immersing them in the brand world.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the brand and will encompass delivery of the brand plan, building awareness and distribution of the brand in Scotland and other key markets, engaging with trade customers, leading events, and ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at the distillery experience.
Support the Marketing Director with the development and execution of the yearly brand plan and marketing calendar in line with overall business and brand objectives
Research market trends, demographics, pricing, competitor products and other relevant information to inform marketing strategies and tactics
Deliver brand performance analysis to identify growth opportunities
Ensure brand home experience is being delivered to the highest standard, analysing feedback and performance to constantly improve visitor experience and offering
Oversee the development of all marketing materials, content and campaign assets to ensure messaging and creative meets brand guidelines
Deliver sponsorships, events, partnerships as part of the overall brand comms strategy
Manage external distribution agencies to ensure activity is aligned to brand goals
Execute brand strategy across CRM, digital ads and social
Manage social agency, ensuring content and messaging aligns with brand guidelines and objectives
Actively engage with on-trade customers to drive awareness and distribution of the brand
Engage brand events, acting as face of the brand with consumers
Support the Marketing Director with the development of new and innovative products from insight to launch and activation
