Market Research & Insights Manager - 12 months FTC – Salary circa £50,000We are looking for a Market Research & Insights Manager for a 12-months FTC. If you have extensive market research and insight experience combined with brand background, we would love to hear from you!A bit about the job:The role holder is responsible for scanning the market & key research programmes to identify key reputational and sentiment trends and share this insight within B&CA (Brand & Corporate Affairs), across all stakeholders. This role requires the analysis of key trends and patterns to identify new opportunities and feed a pipeline of insight that show the opportunities for B&CA to build trust and belief in Aviva as the UK’s leading Insurance, Wealth, and Retirement business. Responsible for providing an independent assessment of the impact of the Brand & Corporate Affairs Function.Skills and experience we’re looking for:Vast experience in managing research/insight programmesStakeholder and communications management - Manage stakeholders’ research needs, and communicate to a variety of different audiences and contribute to negotiations relating to project objectives.Expertise in all aspects of market research, both quantitative and qualitative to drive the generation of actionable insight.Experience of conducting research among a range of external stakeholders including Journalists, politicians, NGOs, Academia, general public, Brokers, SMEs. Essential: Numerate degree e.g., Business Studies, Economics, Geography, Psychology, Market Research Society (MRS)
