Market Intelligence Analyst (Product)

Our client is a boutique asset management house. Due to continued company growth and success, the business are now looking for a Market IntelligenceAnalyst to join their Product team on a permanent basis.This role is best suited to candidates who have 2-3 years’ experience in market intelligence within investment management houses.Working directly alongside the Head of Product, the Market Intelligence Analyst will take responsibility for the following:Develop and take ownership of market intelligence frameworks, to include fund flows, trends and fund launchesProduce competitor research and analysis to inform product strategy and development initiatives, across all public markets asset classesIdentifying, analysing and summarising longer-term industry forecastsPresenting monthly reports to internal stakeholdersEvolving the product range management processes with colleagues in the team with data driving the production of informative product reviewsSupporting the Assessment of Value (AoV) reporting cycle with market trends analysis and data extractionPrepare and maintain detailed project plansCompliance with all legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirementsThe Market Intelligence Analyst will meet the following criteria:2 years’ minimum experience in a role which encompasses Market Intelligence within an asset management houseEducated to degree level (or equivalent) with a classification of at least a 2.1 (or equivalent)Studying towards CFA or IMCComfortable with large data setsKnowledge of investment regulationsEffective communicator, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders from Board level through to administrative levelPlease only apply for this role if you have buy-side asset management experience.
