Market Access Lead

We are looking for a Market Access Lead to join our dynamic, global team. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, detail-oriented and organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should possess sufficient technical skills to own and independently execute individual project tasks. .
As the Market Access Lead you will be responsible for managing market access projects across various countries and regions providing access insights, developing pricing & reimbursement dossiers and tools, engaging with market access stakeholders as well as driving strategy.
The ideal Market Access Lead has:
A thorough understanding of the global payer and HTA landscape
Solid experience in pricing and reimbursement pathways - Europe minimum expectation, global ideal
Proven records of developing market access and pricing & reimbursement strategies
Direct experience in HTA dossier submissions and successful negotiations
Demonstrate business acumen and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills a Market Access Lead needs:
Masters Degree in Science or Health Economics.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and communication skills (English). Fluency in Spanish and/or Germany is highly desirable.
A minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical market access
Rare disease experience
Deep knowledge and understanding of payer systems and reimbursement challenges and opportunities.
Agile, strategic thinking
Ability to interface with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams.
