Consultant – Market Access
Hybrid Working – UK based.
The Role:
My client is a leading global Market Access and HEOR consultancy that operate across Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device companies. They are proven leaders in the industry and due to continued expansion and an uptake in exciting projects are looking for additional talent to join the team.
Considering the company’s ongoing expansion within market access and healthcare, they are in search of a motivated senior manager-level consultant who possesses a sincere enthusiasm for comprehending and articulating the significance of healthcare.
The position entails crafting and implementing client-centric solutions aimed at shaping value propositions and enhancing communications strategies for optimizing pricing, reimbursement, and market access. This role involves close collaboration with our Analyst team and receives support from our Senior Directors. Key responsibilities encompass fostering client relationships, ensuring the production of high-quality deliverables, and nurturing the growth and development of Analysts within project teams. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading proposal development and generating fresh project opportunities through your client connections.
An indispensable aspect of this role is possessing an in-depth comprehension of the perspectives and evidence requirements of the various stakeholders involved in healthcare decision-making. Strong project leadership skills, a genuine commitment to personal and professional development, strategic acumen, and a creative mindset are all crucial qualities. Equally important is a readiness to work diligently while also enjoying the journey.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently produce client – ready documents demonstrating how the project meet the clients’ expectations and needs.
Work closely with client’s day to day responsible for. Liaising on project management needs and expectations, responding to client requests and proposals, ensuring projects meet their expectations and designing & reviewing deliverables.
Demonstrate strategic insights, identifying solutions and gaining clients confidence.
Create new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to prospective clients.
Qualifications and requirements:
Degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or a relevant life science discipline.
+ 2 years’ experience leading market access in a consultancy
Experience leading and managing teams of people and projects day to day.
Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Reimbursement, Literature reviews, value dossiers, evidence assessment and Delphi panels.
Ability to foster new business opportunities with proven experience in responding to client requests and being proactive in leading business discussions.
Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills.
Excellent organizational skills Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
