What Will You Be Doing?

• Shaping and executing the Technical Marine Procurement strategy in collaboration with the Head of Procurement.
• Providing support to the fleet of vessels and technical teams.
• Leading, coordinating, and coaching the team to achieve operational and financial metrics.
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate performance and delivery.
• Setting and driving key performance indicators for cost optimization and continuous improvement.
• Managing the annual Technical Procurement budget and forecasts.

Are You the Ideal Candidate?

• 10+ years of extensive experience in Marine Procurement at a regional/global level.
• Proven track record of delivering effective and commercially beneficial outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiation with global suppliers and vendors.
• Strong market awareness and understanding of maritime supply chain components, regulations, and market conditions.
• Forward-thinking approach to procurement, systems, and controls.
• Experience in change management and system implementations preferred.
• Highly developed leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with stakeholders, even in challenging situations.
