Marine Field Service Engineer

Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for diesel engines and a desire to work in the marine industry? We are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team, performing major overhauls on medium and high-speed engines.

• Conduct major overhauls on medium and high-speed engines as part of a team or solo.
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timescales.
• Diagnose faults and develop effective solutions.
• Maintain daily contact with customers on-site, providing progress updates and managing work scope variations.

• Knowledge of medium and high-speed engines and ancillary equipment.
• Strong management skills, including motivation, training, and development.
• Proven ability to lead major engine overhauls.
• Experience in the marine and offshore industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of QHSE standards.

Based out of Central and East Coast of Scotland, this role requires travel throughout Scotland and globally, sometimes at short notice and during anti-social hours when vessels are in port.
