RoleQC Technician (Food/Nutrition/Pharma)
Job Type - Monday - Friday (8-4pm) Full Time permanent position
Russell Taylor Group have an exciting opportunity to join our clients' specialised nutrition manufacturing company as a Quality Control Technician. This is a great opportunity to join a small, but friendly team with plenty of opportunities to progress internally within the team and company. As part of this role, you will work within the Quality Team to grade internally produced products and raw materials.
Recording and advising on Chemistry and Microbiological testing results.
Take part in vendor quality notifications and follow through.
Write and track quality concessions.
Respond to customer complaints.
Previous experience in a QC or laboratory technician type role.
Experience within the Food (dairy would be preferred but not essential), nutrition, pharmaceutical, microbiology or cosmetic industry.
Strong computer skills
A scientific background would be preferred.
