Manufacturing Team Leader

Are you a Manufacturing Team Leader/Manager, Production Team Leader/Manager ,Operations Supervisor/Shift Manager?
We are currently working with a multi-site, market leading food manufacturer are looking for a Manufacturing Team Leader to join the team on Mon-Fri (Earlies/Lates/Nights).
The site are going through an exciting time of investment and require further Team Leaders to support this growth. This will need someone not only able to hit the ground running but also able to identify areas for improvement.
The core responsibilities of the role will focus around production, health and safety, hygiene, quality and people performance and development.
You will need to have experience at senior supervisor/shift management level, a hands on leader who likes to focus on developing teams, problem solver, team player and strong communicator.
