Cast UK have been appointed to recruit a fantastic opportunity for a growing business within the FMCG manufacturing sector. This position is to lead their Manufacturing Operation based in South Staffordshire. This company has some fantastic growth and improvement plans and is hoping to find a driven leader to take the team to the next level!

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for both manufacturing and logistics for the site, making sure that the site is running as efficiently as possible.
• Leading the team with a positive culture.
• Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.
• Completing reviews with all team members, focusing on development and performance.
• Working collaboratively with the team to enable continuous improvement.
• Monitoring and achieving KPI's but leading and motivating the team and celebrating their achievements.

Role Requirements:

• Experience within an automated manufacturing environment, ideally within FMCG, Food or Pharma or Automotive industries.
• Experience of managing a team and driving success.
• Fantastic communication skill.
• Experience of leading change/continuous improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Lean Principles.
• IOSH/NEBOSH.
