The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expertise in woodworking and finishing with a proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the facility, including production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and optimize efficiency.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, promoting a culture of workplace safety.Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs.
