Manufacturing Manager / Production Manager

Aylesbury

�40,000 - �60,000 DOE

A brand new position has become available within a R&D Manufacturing facility in Aylesbury. This role will not only challenge your creativity but also give you an opportunity to create your own stamp on a new management role within a business set to double it's size over the next 2 years.

The main responsibilities will be as follows:

Team size - 12 - Production Engineers, Design Engineers
Working alongside the Quality Manager & Design Manager
Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation etc
Lead and mentor the production team.
Implementing KPIs within the department and ensuring they are hit.
Assisting in Non Conformance reporting.
Purchasing of materials and spares
Production Planning - Stream line the process
Current is High Quality/Low volume production

To be considered for this position you would need to of had experience within a Production Management or Manufacturing Management position previosuly. Ideally have worked your way up through a Production Engineering role so you can demonstrate an understanding of the full manufacturing process.
