Location: Boston
Salary: 50-54k, plus benefits

Shifts – Days Only 2,2,3 pattern.

Manufacturing Manager - The Role
In this pivotal role, you will cultivate a thriving culture and recruit & unite teams, driving continuous improvement through your exceptional people management skills.

The site has a clear 5 year plan and you’ll be working towards various milestones along this journey keenly focused around the development of your people.

You'll oversee Production, Operations and CI functions through your direct reports. Circa (Apply online only).

The site carries a large amount of customers, strongly following technical & HSE guidelines & you’ll educate, coach & lead towards being audit ready & happy to tour/meet customers as and when the need arises.

What Will You Need to Be Successful?
Essential Requirements:




  • Proven Production Management experience in an FMCG environment.
  • High care experience
  • Passion for Continuous Improvement.
  • Strong skills in structured people development and knowledge.
