Manufacturing Manager

We have been retained by a bespoke manufacturer in Cheshire to source a Manufacturing Manager to head up Production. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who really wants to continue to develop their career to the next level with a well-established and growing business.

This is a pivotal role for this bespoke SME manufacturer and distributor and is viewed as a key appointment in the business.

You will have a number of cell leaders and team leaders that report into you. You will be responsible for:

• Managing day to day production requirements and ensuring that the production schedules are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


• Chairing daily meetings in line with SQCDP requirements.


• Develop the cell leaders via coaching and mentoring. �


• Develop and improve the processes via practical, improvements and lean tools and techniques.

Currently in a production supervisory or management role within a fast-paced manufacturer, you will be experienced in day-to-day production management. You will also have experience of making improvements and will have knowledge of lean tools and techniques. Experience of SQCDP would be advantageous as well as experience of managing, coaching and developing people. You must be hungry, keen to progress and have a high work ethic. ��
