Our client is a leading manufacturer, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. Due to continued customer growth they are looking for a Production Manager.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Part of thre Management team- working on the Night shift
• Management of around 25 staff members includng Production Operatives and Machine Minders
• This is a hands off role- Managing Absences, Holidays, one-to-ones, Disciplinaries, Productivity ect.
• Managing KPIs and ensuring they are met
• Quality Checking
• Reporting accidents and incidents
  

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Have experience of Management in a production environmemt
• Familiar with the night shift
• IOSH or NEBOSH would be an advantage
