Manufacturing Key Operative - Operations Assistant

About The Role
As a Manufacturing Key Operative - Operations Assistant, youll support the Site Manager with compiling and running various reports in Oracle, and will deal with a variety of requests to help make sure that the process runs smoothly. Youll make sure that invoices are resolved within the agreed timescales and will also work across various departments and suppliers as needed. Youll help to build strong customer relationships with Warehouse, Finance, Production, Facilities and Engineering teams.

About You
Youll be the kind of person who:
Likes to deliver excellent customer service
Has knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Excel
Has good attention to detail and seeks improvements
Is able to plan and organise workload in line with business needs, with good numerical skills
Ideally has previous experience of using ERP and Oracle systems
