Manufacturing Engineer

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer, looking for a new opportunity to work with a World Leading business based in Heanor Derbyshire. As a Manufacturing Engineer you will have experience of driving and delivering change, analysing production data as well as implementing new processes within the shop floor. Offering a salary of �45-50K dependant on experience + amazing benefits package which includes an up to 10% matched pension.

The Role:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be working alongside a team of 4 Engineers.

Analysing data from both the machinery and the material properties, looking for changes and ways to improve

Driving and Delivering change within a shop floor environment

Being a key driver in process improvements

Leading small project teams

Route cause analysis with the Quality department

Work with different departments within the manufacturing business

The Person:

Experience Production Engineer / Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer from a Manufacturing background

Ability to communicate effectively with peers as well as other departments and the senior leadership team

Team player

Experience over qualification preferred - both would be great!
