Closing Date for Application:Monday 29/04/2024In order to continue our success, we need to maintain a stable and reliable workforce by recruiting and retaining the right people.The Genuit Group is an expanded collaboration of businesses which serve the construction industry by providing sustainable water, climate and ventilation management solutions.Role: The primary purpose is to work with business subject matter experts, internal technical teams, external partners (ERP / consultancy support) to ensure that Genuit Group define, develop, build, and implement best in class Manufacturing functionality and processes within its ERP system and related interfaces.Work Location: Office based in Doncaster or Leeds. There will be a requirement to travel to certain offices on an ad-hoc basis.Key Responsibilities:Major contributor to the design and implementation of ERP system improvementsMapping, documentation and implementation of future ERP processesAuthor of functional documentation for any created solutionsSeeking effective solutions to business operational improvement requirements by means of Information Technology and Systems.Comply with organisational procedures ensuring systems securityProviding application support to end users (1st & 2nd line business systems support), responding to incidents and requests that are logged in line with pre-defined SLAs.Travelling, as and when appropriate, to other UK sites to work directly with end users.Working flexibly to meet business needs, which, when asked by management, may require working outside of standard working hours and/or working on tasks outside of the core area of responsibility defined for this roleSkills and experience required:To be able to facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements. Map processes and carry out gap analysis to establish edge cases.By researching best practice with our ERP partners help design best in class processes and procedures that work within the capabilities of the ERP system.Experience of working with technical teams to ensure requirements are turned into reality.Experience in the full life cycle of an ERP implementation project.Strong understanding and working knowledge of Manufacturing & ERP systems.Good knowledge across multiple ERP processing and modules especially ManufacturingProject Management skills; project and resource planning, defining project scope and deliverables.Experience in stakeholder management; executing project tasks, producing progress reports, identifying and managing project risks and issues.Meeting SLA in delivering effective solutions to customer requestsWorking Hours: This is a full time, permanent position working Monday - Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm.Here at the Genuit Group we recognise and develop the contribution our people make to the Group's success and are committed to attracting talent from the widest pool.
