Manual Machinist

My Client in Rochford is currently I need of a Manual Machinist.�

CNC Duties�

� Setting and running a CNC mill-turn�

� Interpretation of engineering drawings�

� High quality, high tolerance, small batch�

� Quality control�

Manual Turning�

� Operating manual Colchester lathes.�

� Working to toleranced engineering drawings for the manufacture of low volume stainless parts.�

Manual Milling�

� Operating manual Bridgeport mill.�

� Working to toleranced engineering drawings for the manufacture of low volume stainless parts.�

Other�

� Material Prep - sawing of billets ready for machining, clearing swarf, topping up coolant etc.�

� Bench Fitting - basics such as marking out, drilling, sawing and filing.�

� Housekeeping - ensure a tidy, safe and organised work environment.�

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent�

Salary: Up to �17.50 per hour�

Experience:�

� manual turning / milling: 3 years (preferred)�
