Mandarin Speaking - Sales & Ticketing Agent

Are you fluent in Mandarin?Do you have two years' experience in an Airline reservations and ticketing role? Do you have strong Reservations, Fares & E-Ticketing experience in Amadeus?ObjectiveTo provide reservation sales, ticketing and reporting services for the airline client represented by the Company.Key ResponsibilitiesTaking reservations calls from both direct passengers and trade partnersGenerating airline bookings, changes, ancillaries, etc. and issuing/reissuing tickets/EMD's (auto & manual fare-build)Processing invoices and payments of airline tickets, whilst adhering to strict airline and company reporting guidelinesDaily & monthly airline sales reports and reconciliationProviding excellent customer service both on the telephone and face-to-faceDealing with ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes, lost tickets etc. both over the phone and face-to-faceGroup bookings and tour operator allocations, including issuing of contractual terms & conditions in conformance to individual airline protocolsLiaising with Airlines' local management and head officeCore Skills & ExperienceEducation:High school certificate and Travel Institution diplomaGood standard of written and spoken EnglishGood standard of numeric skillsFluent Mandarin - speak, read & write - essentialExperience:Minimum two years' experience in an airline reservations and ticketing roleStrong Reservations, Fares & E-Ticketing experience in AmadeusGood knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to work under pressureExcellent telephone mannerAbility to work as part of a teamPersonal qualities:Must be customer focused, well presented and well spokenGood telephone mannerGood time management and organisational skillsMust be professional whilst under pressureExcellent attention to detailFlexibilitySalary & Benefits 29,000 per annum (subject to experience)Award winning EAPEmployee pensionInterested & meet the criteria?
